Position: Client Support Specialist – Calgary, AB

You have:
- Experience in software support or oil and gas. Some exposure to JV Accounting, Land or Production Accounting is a definite plus, experience with EnergyLink is even better!
- The ability to roll up your sleeves and accomplish tasks while juggling multiple competing priorities.
- A desire to build your career and grow personally and professionally.
- A Bachelor's degree or “wow worthy” experience.
- A passport – travel to our Houston office may be required!
You need to be a great writer, speaker, and listener, with a healthy dose of empathy, professionalism, and patience. You will be the face of EnergyLink to our clients and their first call when they need help. We take tremendous pride in the level of client care we provide; our goal is to deliver a superior customer experience every time. You need to be willing to own a problem and see it through to resolution, but don't worry, you're part of a team that's committed to the same goal and willing to help. We are always looking for ways to improve and who better than our front-line customer service representatives to help make that possible. We don't need you to write code, but we are looking for someone comfortable with business software, who can support our clients in their technology adoption and make recommendations for improvements to our offering.
